When behavior doesn’t make sense, there’s usually something happening underneath.

Leveled, first-person resources that help autistic and neurodivergent learners understand what is happening in their bodies, their feelings, and the situations around them — before adults expect a response.

No pressure. No shame. No demand.

The work behind Shared Stories Studio

Meet Kim Singleton, MS, CCC-SLP

Kim has practiced speech-language pathology since 1979 and has extensive experience in autism, AAC, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and assistive technology. She has a small private practice in Philadelphia. Learn more at KimSingleton.com.

After decades of adapting materials that almost worked — too demand-heavy for PDA learners, too abstract for emerging communicators, too generic for the moments that matter most — she built Shared Stories Studio to close the gap.

Every Shared Story is grounded in clinical practice, shaped by the principles of UDL and PDA-aware design, and built to be used the way real homes, therapy rooms, and classrooms actually run.
